Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport book, necessary visas, and any other required travel documents per the regulations of their destination. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the anticipated return date. Non-U.S. citizens must inform Palm Shores Travel LLC if traveling on a non-U.S. passport.  Children and infants must have appropriate travel documents. Those traveling with only one parent or without both parents may be denied boarding without verified consent forms. Regulations are subject to change at any time. Any discrepancy between your reservation and travel documentation may result in denied boarding. Upon booking, it is your responsibility to review and verify all information for accuracy. If any changes or corrections are necessary, you must contact Palm Shores Travel LLC.  If you do not notify us of the required corrections within 24 hours of receiving your travel documents, Palm Shores Travel will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred in making the necessary corrections.
